Hockey Australia is pleased to announce a new three-year partnership with Australian fast-casual Vietnamese brand Roll’d as the organisation’s exclusive Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) Partner through to the end of 2028.

As part of the agreement, Roll’d will feature as Front of Shirt partner (right chest) across Hockey Australia’s national teams — the Hockeyroos, Kookaburras, Jillaroos and Burras.

The partnership brings together two proudly Australian brands with a shared commitment to community, performance and connection. Roll’d will support grassroots hockey initiatives nationwide, including connecting with local hockey clubs and the Hookin2Hockey (HIN2H) program, while playing an active role at Hockey Australia National Championships.

Roll’d will receive a premium level of exposure and integration across Hockey Australia’s national teams and major events, including category exclusivity within QSR, official partner status of the Hockeyroos and Kookaburras, logo inclusion across digital platforms and media assets, and direct engagement opportunities with Hockey Australia’s member base through exclusive eDM offers and vouchers.

The agreement also includes extensive activation across National Championships, with Roll’d the sports preferred catering option, on-site signage and activations, food truck opportunities, full-page E-Program advertising, social media promotion, and hard-copy voucher distribution at events. Roll’d branding will feature across live hockey environments via website and mobile banners, in-stream advertising and pre-roll TVCs, as well as at international events hosted in Australia through broadcast integration, venue signage, activations, catering opportunities and giveaways.

Additional benefits include athlete ambassador and social content opportunities, alongside corporate engagement initiatives such as preferred catering for Hockey Australia events, VIP hospitality invitations and match tickets.

Hockey Australia CEO David Pryles said the partnership represents an exciting alignment between elite sport and an iconic Australian food brand.

“Roll’d is a brand that understands community and connection, which makes this partnership a natural fit for hockey,” Pryles said. “Their commitment to supporting our national teams, grassroots programs and major events will help us create even stronger experiences for players, fans and families across the country.”

Bao Haong, Roll’d Executive Chair and Co-Founder commented “At Roll’d, we’ve always believed in backing community and backing performance. Hockey is a sport that brings families, young athletes and local clubs together right across Australia — from grassroots programs through to the Hockeyroos and Kookaburras on the world stage. As an Australian-founded brand, we’re incredibly proud to support that full pathway and to be present in the moments that matter for players and families alike."

“Sport is part of the fabric of this country. It connects communities, builds resilience and inspires the next generation. For Roll’d, this partnership is more than a sponsorship — it’s a long-term commitment to investing in Australian sport, supporting grassroots hockey nationwide and celebrating the pride that comes with representing your club and your country.”

Hockey Australia’s commercial program continues to go from strength to strength, with several major renewals and exciting new additions in 2025. Longstanding partners Kookaburra, APM, Hirudoid, ASICS & Kumho have reaffirmed their commitment to Australian hockey.  A wave of new partnerships includes Polytan, Sportscover, Australian Venue Co, PWG, Match Worn Shirt, Automatorr, BildGroup, Musco Sports Lighting & now Roll’d demonstrates growing confidence in the sport’s direction.
