Food History
A light, fluffy bun, traditionally filled with pork. Not to be confused with the Roll’d co-founder, Bao Hoang. He’s not a light, fluffy bun. But he loves them enough that he might turn into one. Across East Asia, Baos (the food) are steamed in bamboo baskets that lend them a subtle, woody taste. Deliciously soft and smooth. Stuffed with your favourites. Finished in four bites (three if you’re ravenous). The perfect handful.
